This dress Top is made from a walnut black coloured light cotton that has a slight seersucker wave.
The piece can be worn as a dress or top.  Do easily layered or as a stand alone statement. The dress top has a gathered waist through the back and a diagonal panel in the front 
The front has to slip pockets centre cut into the waist seem 
There is a binding round the entire hemline giving the skirt a flare.  The centre front line is taped from neck to hem for a point of difference.
